Not so much lazy, more like hot and miserable. The temperatures are in the low 90's and the humidity is high. This damp heat is doing nothing to help the healing and relief of my damp-heat rash from the Poison Ivy/Oak outbreak all over my knees (back, front and sides). It's rather miserable and a tad painful and I have had to resort to Benadryl to get the swelling down. Benadryl also a major downer in hot weather. So I have been limited in my outdoor time the last few days.
I hate ivy, I really do!

When my legs heal, I plan on finishing my task of decimating you out of the fence row, evil vine. Die nemesis, DIE!
The vet made it out to check on Buttons this week and decided she was having some kind of severe reaction to either horse fly or tick bites. She's an extremely old horse, nearly 100 human years old (35 in equine years) so their immune system sometimes gets overloaded in the summer, especially an extremely buggy one like this. She was given an oral antibiotic and a small amount of steroids and her skin healed in two days. She and her feline shadow are back to their usual business, whatever that is.
